Shipping & delivery
At Willow & Ivy Home, we offer free delivery to Mainland Great Britain, except where remote-area surcharges apply as outlined below.
Orders are dispatched either by us or directly by our trusted suppliers. Delivery arrangements depend on the items ordered and your delivery address.
Small and medium items
Small and medium items dispatched by our suppliers typically arrive around 5 working days after you place your order. Please allow approximately 4 working days for dispatch, followed by next-working-day delivery, usually via DPD or UPS. These times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability and your location.
If you need an item by a particular date, or would like to check the delivery timeframe for an item dispatched by us, please email info@willowandivyhome.co.uk before ordering.
Furniture and large items
Large items typically take approximately two weeks to arrive. A specialist delivery company will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on availability and your location.
Offshore and remote-area delivery
Small and medium items can be delivered to the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands, subject to delivery availability and any applicable surcharge.
Please contact us before ordering if your postcode falls within: BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20–78, PH17–50 or ZE.
We will confirm availability and any additional delivery charge before you place your order.
Large-item restrictions
Large items cannot be delivered to: BT, HS, IM, IV26–99, KA27, KA28, KW, PA15–78, PH19–50 or ZE.
International delivery and Channel Islands
We do not offer standard delivery outside the UK or to the Channel Islands (GY and JE). Please contact us before ordering to discuss whether delivery is possible.
Receiving your order
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. Additional charges may apply if delivery is missed and needs to be rearranged.
For furniture and large items, please check that the item will fit through doorways, hallways and staircases before ordering.
