Our products are available for delivery to Mainland GB and selected offshore locations.

Willow & Ivy products are delivered directly from our trusted suppliers to ensure efficient delivery and reduced environmental impact.
Delivery Times
Typical delivery times are:
- Small & medium items: next working day once dispatched, via DPD or UPS
- Large items: approximately 2 weeks — a specialist handling company will contact you directly to arrange delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability and order volume.

- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive delivery
- Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery is missed

Willow & Ivy offer free delivery to Mainland GB.
Offshore & Remote Locations
We deliver to the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Scottish Islands. Small and medium items can be delivered to all of these areas.

Large Item Restrictions
Large items cannot be delivered to: BT, HS, IM, IV26–99, KA27, KA28, KW, PA15–78, PH19–50, ZE
International & Channel Islands
We do not offer standard delivery to international destinations or the Channel Islands (GY, JE). Please contact us to discuss options.
